Esther Coombs beautifully crafted illustrations are more often seen on vintage ceramics than on boutique windows but when Jamie Shouli, Nicole Farhi’s Creative VM Director, discovered her work at Tent he intuited a great talent, ripe for a collaboration for his London Fashion Week scheme.
Jamie commissioned Esther to illustrate famous London landmarks which were converted by BAF into intricately cut vinyl graphics on windows, walls and Perspex for Nicole Farhi’s 5 London stores.
The stylish images perfectly enhanced the mood of Nicole Farhi’s Show Collection, imbued with a London spirit. Nicole Farhi are proud to work with up and coming artistic talent. Indeed, it makes perfect sense for both parties: Esther received many enquiries through her website and the scheme saw sales increases for the fashion brand.
